How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the data tied to it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so you manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

What does SongFeel do?

SongFeel reads what a song is about — across twelve dimensions of theme and tone — and tunes your library to the values you set, so the songs you keep reflect who you are.

Does it show lyrics?

No. SongFeel reads a song's meaning without ever displaying or storing lyrics on your screen.

Why did a song score in a way I didn't expect?

A song's reading reflects its actual content. How well it matches you is up to your settings — open Tune and adjust what you want more of and what to protect yourself from. Your match updates instantly.

Can I clear my library without deleting my account?

Yes. You can clear your scored-song list in the app at any time without deleting your account — your account and taste settings stay put.

Which streaming services does it work with?

All of them — SongFeel is streaming-agnostic. It works with any song regardless of where you listen, because it reads the song itself, not your streaming account.
