Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
SongFeel reads what songs are about and tunes your library to your values — it works with music you already have and never shows lyrics. It's built and run by one person, offered "as is," with an optional auto-renewing subscription you manage through your Apple ID. Using the app means you agree to these terms.
These terms are the agreement between you and Ivan Goy ("the operator," "we," "us") — the individual who builds and runs SongFeel. We've kept them plain. If anything's unclear, reach us through the support page.
Accepting these terms
By downloading, using, or subscribing to SongFeel, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What SongFeel does
SongFeel reads what songs are about — across dimensions of theme and tone — and tunes your library to the values you set, so the songs you keep reflect who you are. It works with music you already have, it's streaming-agnostic, and it never displays or stores song lyrics. Each reading is generated automatically (see the AI disclaimer below).
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Use one account per person, give accurate information, and don't share your credentials. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
SongFeel offers an auto-renewing paid subscription. The important parts:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for the plan you chose.
- Managing & canceling. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — not inside SongFeel. To cancel, turn off auto-renew there at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials, if offered. If a subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Price changes. Prices may change. We'll provide notice as required, and Apple will ask for your consent before any increased renewal where the rules require it.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and are also subject to Apple's standard terms for In-App Purchases. We never see or store your card number or full payment details.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code or underlying models, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use SongFeel to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, or pass the app off as your own.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
SongFeel — its name, mark, design, and software — belongs to the operator, Ivan Goy. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own devices for your own personal use. You don't get any right to copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from it, and all rights not granted here are reserved. (Song titles, artist names, and the music itself remain the property of their respective owners; SongFeel claims no ownership of them.)
About the AI analysis
SongFeel's song readings are generated by an automated AI system and are provided for your personal, informational use only. They reflect an automated interpretation of a song — they may be incomplete, imprecise, or simply wrong, and they are not a statement of fact about any song, artist, or work. Treat them as a guide, not a definitive or authoritative judgment, and don't rely on them for any important decision.
Disclaimer of warranties
SongFeel is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that any song analysis will be accurate, reliable, or complete. You use SongFeel at your own discretion and risk. Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator (Ivan Goy) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) SongFeel — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for all claims relating to SongFeel is limited to the total amount you paid for SongFeel in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, where the law requires a higher minimum, the smallest amount the law allows). Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. If you keep using SongFeel after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA — where the operator is based — without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
